If I made a apps, can I use it for common. Like os 7 , 10 and play book.

No. OS 7 uses Java.

Last year (2011) from Singapore, I got a Adobe Flash Builder 4.6 License but I miss it to active it. Have any chance to active it again?

You will have to contact Adobe for that. Try reinstalling to see if that will restart the trial period.

I tried to contact them by adobe web and also by chatting with them but they were unable to solution. So I need to contact with them directly if it is possible.
