Unable to submit App

Hi,

I've created my app, and had already registered as an app vendor a couple months ago. But now when I'm trying to log into to submit the app before deadline for the 10k app guarantee, I'm getting the error message, "Vendor account status is disabled." How do I get my account enabled? Also will I still be eligible for the app guarantee given that I wasn't able to log into the site?

When you register, you should have received an email to submit supporting documents. Only after you send them in, do you get full access.

I've already submitted my documents. I've also contacted the appworld support team, but haven't heard back from them.

They are the ones that can help you. Try sending a PM to a RIM person in the App World forum.
