Hello,

    I upload one app for 10k but they rejected my app.

    And they send mail that your application not as per BlackBerry UI GuidLines.But i check it app but there are all guid lines are use.

    So after that i send one mail to BFB but not response me.So now i need help any blackberry employee or other person for this.

You are luckier than me. My app was rejected more than one week ago and still no email.

If you post the name of your app, be happy to see possibly what they mean. I am beginning to see a pattern of what they are looking for.

Its a free app anyway, so why apply?  Even if it's the best selling BB10 app ever made you won't make the minimum $1k entry needed to qualify for the $10k!

It is free with in app purchase. So it can earn money.

Hello Thomas:

Here is my review, take what you like and ignore the rest.

• Nice app, cool graphics.  Beside the items below, it is great utility app, but it might fall under the category of "single function app".  It counts down in time.  Does this very well, but it basically just counts down time.  I guess RIM would have the final say to that (but I do like it).  Meaning "single function apps" probably dont get approved for BFB.  Maybe there is someway to add more features so it would not be considered single function.  For example, share time in real time with other BBM users of the app, different clock faces.
• I get payment system errors at the start
• Using "BlackBerry" in the title page might be a problem.  People have gotten their hands slapped for using RIMs copyrights in their apps.
• Nice with the notification, even when minimized
• When the app is minimized, the counter stops.  I would have expected that to update periodically.
• When you reset a predefined time (after it has started) and then set a new time (less then the original), the progress bar does not reset to the new start time.
• Edit Favorites:
• Not using standard BB10 title bar (blue)
• "Click on button to remove this count..." is being truncated.  Best to make two lines
• "Its is not my favorite anymore" button is not centered.  I assume the panel goes away if this was enabled
• Preferences:
• Not using std BB10 title bar
• "Use system notification" label is too large as compared to others in the same screen and it is being truncated.
• Upgrade to Pro:
• Cancel out of the purchase you get a cryptic toaster message that does not hang around long enough to really read what it said
• About:
• Not using std BB10 title bar
• App bar:
• The preferences, about and purchase actions really should be in an app bar (swipe down) and not an action item.  They are not performing any actions on the time and are really actions on the app.
• Clear, reset and edit should be visible in the action bar instead as overflow items.  Once the above 3 actions are in the app bar, then there would be no need for the overflow and the user would have direct access to the actions that act on time.
• Default times (White Tea, etc.) should be centered with the height of the screen for centralized access.  If this is the default behavior of this control and it cannot be changed, then ignore this suggestion.

My comments:

- never heard that single purpose apps will not get B4BB. It was not in requirements for B4BB. This even does not make sense as according my two years experience on Play Store and Apple's App Store, people love perfect single purpose apps and prefer them to all-in-one-but-complicated

- payment error message is caused by bug introduced by Blackberry in latest update. I already made fix but it will take weeks to be reviewed and deployed. I feel this unfrair but these are their rules.

- using Blackberry in name is perfeclty valid - see branding guidelines at http://www.rim.com/legal/trademarks/guidelines.shtml 

- Edit favorites, about, etc. is using standard title bar. App has black theme.

Rest of comments I can consider after I get feedback from real customers.

Thanks for your time, you did much better job than RIM did as they never sent ANY email with comments.

Great:

Per TM guidelines, then you need to add "®" to the name.

What toolkit are you using for the title bar?  I have black theme too and the title bar is still blue.
