Best Buy has the BlackBerry tablets on sale for $299 [16GB] & $399 [32 GB].
Apparently, I could tether off my Sprint BlackBerry for unlimited access at no extra charge because of the unique way that the BlackBerry tablet tethers [unlike the Android tablets].

The big question is whether RIM / BB will make available for the legacy tablets, the new [rumored {???} ] BB tablet OS which incorporates Android emulation and is scheduled for release next year.

Does anyone have any insight into this?

Also, is it worth the additional $100 to go from 16GB to 32GB?

Its a good buy at the current prices. I own the 16GB but would prefer the larger size.. however I bought on first day for $499! If you like the feel and functionality... get it. Can't lose because the hardware is solid and if you have a blackberry already then you are golden (sadly, I have a contracted iOS device, so no bridge for me).
my one cent. I'm sure the full BB'ers can help you more

I have the 16GB and it works well for me.
I think the older models will include the Android emulation you mention.
