How to get BB 10 for developing application?

I'm developing a complex software using wireless technology it is possible to buy or to lease BB 10 (mobile phone, not emulator) for testing and debugging the application?

Get one by attending one of the Blackberry World event near your area.

I have a similar situation and a BB10 phisical device would be nice for testing, but BB has no events near my area. :-(

You can apply for porting Qt app (https://developer.blackberry.com/offers/qt#tc) or you can attend new portathon (http://www.blackberrydeveloperevents.com/events/webcast/registration/register.html?scoid=1078110283) or submit Titanium app (http://www.appcelerator.com/blackberry10/).

In all 3 cases, you may get BB 10 Dev Alpha.
