ANE example?

Has anyone succesfully put together an app making use of native extensions? I am having trouble finding a good example of how to do this.

Long term I am looking to create an ANE to integrate with ScoreLoop, so if anyone would like to work with me on that project, the help would be more then awesome.

Re: ANE example?

This FAQ by Julian Dolce should be a good starting point. If you have access to the BlackBerry DevCon Europe slides, there was a very interesting how-to on ANE given at the DevCon.

I used the above FAQ alongside this one from Adobe themselves:

which is linked from this page:

Re: ANE example?

The process of making ANE has been greatly improved with the release of NDK 2.0

Create a new BlackBerryTabletOS C/C++ project, then on the basic settings screen you can create an Empty AIR Native Extension or a Hello AIR Native Extension.

The packaging is also greatly improved, once your project is setup, export it, select BlackBerry PlayBook AIR Native Extension, and in the next windows just point to your BB TabletOS SDK and your Extension SWC, and the ane will be packaged for you.

Re: ANE example?

We(WallWizz) have launched a Scoreloop ANE for BB10 and Playbook. You can see it in action in our game Eggventure . You can get more information about it from our website: http://www.wallwizz.com/?page_id=64
