Adding labels in List

Hi,

I want to create a scrollable excel type table.

I am using static(non scrollable) labels for the column header and list to display data

I want to know how can I add labels to list so that they match the perticular column and their size remains as of the header label?

data is currently hard coded.... but will be using webservice to fetch and populate the table

please explain with code example

Thanks

Abhinav

Re: Adding labels in List

You will have to create a custom renderer (skin).  There are many threads on this and plenty of good examples.  If the column widths change dynamically, you will have to look at keeping some global/static state that the renderer can use to place the labels.  Otherwise, the width information will need to be included in the data provider for the renderer to have access to.

Re: Adding labels in List

In the search box in the upper right of the screen, type in "renderer" and you will see a long list of threads that should help.
