My app was approved last Friday (17/02/2012) and I've yet to receive my shipping details email. Any idea on how long this normally takes?

My app timeline:

> 4/02 - Register

> 8/02 - Developer account approved

> 9/02 - App submitted

> 13/02 - "First stage complete" email received (3 times!)

> 17/02 - Release approved, put live on BBW.

Just got my shipping confirmation! Filled out the form and it says they will ship the unit in 72 hours!   

Can't wait to try my app on my NEW PlayBook! 

My current PlayBook has a sunken power button. It's very hard to press.  

I hope the new one has a raised button.

Me too, got email about shipping confirmation today...

Be patient...

BlackBerry Developer Program team said that they have different teams processing the large volume of apps.  As a result, there is a delay in getting information between the teams.

I am really pi$$ed that after 3 emails to the company handling the promotion and over 2 months of waiting to get my Playbook, it still hasn't arrived.

Is there anyone at RIM I can escalate this issue to? I spend a good amount of time making an app to qualify for this promo.

Nevermind, after 2 months of waiting they manualy send out the second email.
