BB10: Additional libraries for LocalManage and QNXApplication

What additional libraries are needed so that an app can see LocalManager and QNXApplication?

 

It can find it in a normal project but it cannot seem to find in a AS3 library that tries to import it.

The solution is to include the ANE like you include a SWC to the library project.
