Reaching, try not making
private const MARGIN :Margin...
a const (remove to see if that is throwing the issue).

Also, add some trace in the init() function around the allocation to verify that the new call is starting the dump and that it is not something else messing things up.

When you get these kinds of errors, it is best to simplify as much as possible to see what might be causing the error.

What do you mean, loading the sking ANE? Are there additional lines that I should add to do that?

As for the Margin class, it is part of the as3jansensanlib.swc, just make sure that it is added to the class path. Below is an image of the full structure.

Otherwise, I know how to debug, I've been developing for a while. My issue is related to the BlackBerry libraries in this case. I'm just trying to make it work as I understand it should.

It looks like you are not referencing the correct BB10 libraries. The Linked Libraries are showing a 2.0.0 path and not the 3.0.0 path. That is probably your problem.

Might be best to start with a fresh project and copy the source into that new project that has the correct paths defined to the BB10 libraries.

That's odd, as I chose the proper SDK. Might have been an issue at the install of the 2nd beta, I'll delete and reinstall. Good find, thank!
