You should be able to sign. Does the diagnostic screen show signing is configured? What error are you receiving?

The tool signs when it builds the bar file. Just check off the Sign checkbox on the build screens.

If is build AIR it doesn't work because it request files that i haven't. If i ose Build Web it say the bar file doesn't contain a web application.

Build AIR and Build Web are the tabs I am referring to. What type of application are you trying to build?

The graphical aid is designed to build the BAR file and sign. It doesn't have an option to just sign an unsigned BAR file.

is it referenced in the documentation? It would be really helpful. I don't like to fight with the console... and I spended a morning trying to deploy without success an AIR game to the tablet. I hope now it works with this tool.
Thanks.
PS: The air documentation has a broken link when it details the availble permission requests or "actions".

No, it's not covered in the docs yet. But I'll send this feedback along and get that broken link fixed.
