Re: Cannot Connect to Device

There is a way you can verify your connection to the Simulator - assuming your Simulator IP address is 192.168.142.134, from you host machine, open your web browser, type in "https://192.168.142.134/". You should see a warning about un-trust certificate. Accept that warning, then you will see a "HTTP 404 Not Found" error complaining about no finding the index.html.

If you reach this page, your connection is good. This is kind of a trick, it works for me not sure if it works for others.

Re: Cannot Connect to Device

[ Edited ]

I tried all 3 internet connection modes and https://192.168.18.128/  (my tablets ip) keeps showing up with a connection timed out error

Edit: Well that's weird, I just tried it again (the IP lookup) and it worked...hmmmm im going to try connecting to the tablet now.

Edit 2: Tried connecting through Adobe Flash Builder 4, still says that It is timing out, maybe It has something to do with Flash Builder.

Re: Cannot Connect to Device

Hi,

I have managed to get the app on the sim. The only 2 things I have done is a restart (im sure i had tried that already) and updating flash player to the latest version.

Regards
