when create te certifica on flex take a error message

message is like title Creatin developer certificate

                              message: Error : Null

         what is this? some body help me pls?

i take signingkeys files, after registered.
when need a create certificates (p12 file ) flash builder answer is error : null ? just this. i can not  create certification
