Where "soon" would best be defined as some time after May 3-5, which is when the native SDK is supposed to be available in beta form.  They've said in the past that Java will be supported after the native SDK, though of course that can always change.

Re: Does Playbook supports cod file????

Thanks Peter.

So, you're saying that the current SDK of Playbook is not the native one. Anyways, lets hope for the best to happen in the near-by future & support our java applications.

Thanks

Re: Does Playbook supports cod file????

QNX is a C/C++ environment which is considered the "native" environment.  AIR runs on top of this environment (as well as Java).  The plan is that the look of each development environment will be the same so the user will not know (or care) which they are in.
