Adjust your debug configuration. If you dont have one, create a new one and add your project. You should have two options selectable by a radio button. One is using the desktop simulator from Adobe, the other is the simulator VM where you enter the device PW and the IP address.

Listening to some of the earlier posts, I changed the time to match my computer's time to the second. I'm not sure how accurate it needs to be but I played it safe and went to the second. (PS. make sure it's in the right "AM/PM").
