I just got back from Bureau en Gros, and I love the Playbook!! The Display is much clearer and pixel shoved per inch than the iPad, which I own and use!
The size of the playbook makes it "ideal" to hold, and to walk around with "comfortably" with one hand, and the high PPI makes it's size awesome... In all Honesty... more worthy than an 10" sparsed pixel density.
I just can't wait to own it of my own, there were 3 people behind me in line, so I couldn't take alllll my time.
With about a fraction of the hype of the initial launch of the Apple's iPad, reviews will take a while to get the news out - but know this - this cozy holding tablet feels personal and I identify with it, and is Flashingly Powerful!!
I should note. This review comes from someone that has Every Apple product from the Airport Extreem station to iMacs, iPad, iPhones, a Mac Mini in lieu of an Apple TV, and a Mac Book.

I checked the PB out today. It's an instant classic in terms of computer / consumer electronics design.

BTW, I then moved to the Motorola Xoom ( at least that's what it's called for the time being
) and the iPad 2, neither of which I had tried out before.
While I am going to buy (probably) both of these, based upon first impressions it'll be slumming, all the more so once the PlayBook is fully polished in a month's time.

So... People in the UK, the earliest we can expect to receive our Playbook is the 26th:
http://fedex.com/ukservices/about/springholidayshi
However, since RIM wrote that the device is suppose to be shipped on the 22nd, and according to Fedex that day is Deliveries Only, this could mean one of the following: either the device is sent a day before and we get it on the 22nd, or because it is a Delivery Only day (seriously RIM, who tries to send stuff during easter holidays?) the device gets sent on the 26th and arrived on the 27th.
