Well, Where do you live?
For europe, someone who gets his/her PB shipped on 22ndApr, he´ll probably receive it within 3 working days, that´s 26Apr for people in main cities and 27Apr for the rest of us.

Let me get this right:
Because I submitted my app very late, they probably won't start shipping my playbook tomorrow but next week and then I'll recieve a mail + I know that it will take about 3 business days for me to get it because I live in Germany.

You´re 100% right, except in the case RIM or TMG delays this, shipping should happen like you described.
