Received shipping email on May 26 (ordered on April 8) saying "Your order will be shipping today.  Once the carrier processes the order through their system, you will be able to track your order by clicking the link below."

But there is no any link below or tracking number. Wrote a couple of emails to them with no answer =(

It should be shipped by USPS to Russia.

Did anyone got device shipped with USPS?
Mine was sent to wrong country with FedEx and TMG said they will send a new one with USPS.
That was 10 days ago and I still didn't receive any information when they are going to send it.

They said about USPS shipment and then nothing more - no information, no tracking, no replies to my emails.

Almost 2 weeks from shipping email and I wrote 4 or 5 emails to TMGideas asking for tracking or something. Got no replies.

As Mark Sohm said on private message TMGIdeas send parcels via USPS for Russia without tracking. I don`t know nothing about my PlayBook too. Still wait answer from TMG.

I finally got reply from TMG today saying the same. It's just ridiculous to send such devices without tracking, it can easily lost and they got no any confirmation about delivery. What were they thinking when sending it with FedEx overnight first and then with USPS without tracking and insurance, USPS have PMI and EMI services with tracking. argh

Absolutely agree with you.
Right now I want to know only one thing - Shipment date for my PlayBook. (as confirmation that it was sent to me and for approx. delivery date)

Taking into account that the devices are expensive and that parcels have no tracking number, the chances that devices will be shipped successfully are very small

I have escalated the Russian shipping issue with TMG.
