What I did is went through the process like I was going pay $249 for support. Like they say, they won't charge you if it's a web site issue. I filled out the form and gave them my credit card info. I got a response in about a day that they were going to direct me to Vendor Portal support. The Vendor Portal support member responded to me in about a day. They never charged my card.
