How do I install my own app on my Playbook?

I've been looking all over for this answer.  I want to install my final sign app on my Playbook. How do I do that?

I'm also having trouble with debugging to my Playbook.  I installed the debug token on my PB and sent a debug request.  The splash screen opened and hung, then an "Unable to connect to debugger" error popped up.  I looked in to how to fix that and I changed the debugger IP to every IP address I could find and it still wouldn't open. SO now I have an icon in my PB for my app that won't open.  How can I get the debugging to work, and how can I get rid of the icon after.

Sorry for so many questions in one post.

Fiddling around a bit a I answered one of my questions.  To uninstall the app from the PB you click and hold the icon until a garbage can appears.

If you're using Flash Builder 4.5 you can first export your project as a signed bar (into a folder where Flash Builder can see it) and then right-click on that bar-File and choose PlayBook Tools > Install (or similar).

Re: How do I install my own app on my Playbook?

Put your PlayBook into Development Mode by going into the Options screen. Select "Security". Turn On Development Mode. Enter your password.
On the home screen of the PB, you will see the Dev-Mode icon. touch the icon and take note of the IP address.

From command line:
blackberry-deploy -installApp -package YourSignedApp.bar -device IPaddress -password YourPassword

Yes, it works with the actual PlayBook as well as the Simulator.

You can also install the application into playbook from flash builder, go through the following video link on how to install debug tokens and port the application into playbook http://vimeo.com/22753638
