Re: If you haven't received your free PlayBook email...

As your apps were submitted before the deadline you technically are still eligible for the offer. I would sign and submit!

Re: If you haven't received your free PlayBook email...

Quick Q, don't know if it hasn't been answered yet but...

If you're application doesn't qualify for the free playbook, do you get an email stating so?

[ Edited ]

This was my experience.

I got Approval email Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011.  10:19pm

The Free PB email came in on Friday, Jan. 28th, 2011.  11:01am

The wait is different for everyone.

Re: If you haven't received your free PlayBook email...

Hi,

I got an email with title "***BlackBerry App World Notification - File Release Approved ***" from BlackBerry App World [blackberryappworldnotifications@rim.com] on April 5, saying that my app submitted on March 29 was approved. Does this mean that I will be qualify for the free offer?

Thanks a lot!

Re: If you haven't received your free PlayBook email...

It means that you are eligible (because it was submitted prior to the deadline).  Until you meet all the rules to the offer and receive the official email asking about a shipping address, you will need to hold on.

Re: If you haven't received your free PlayBook email...

yes, as long as you submitted prior to the deadline and your app meets all of the requirments in the Terms and Conditiions, you should be getting the shipping email soon.
