I have not see anything to that level of detail. I suspect it would not since these are "guidelines" and if you get too specific then compliance can get more diffilcult. I would try to mimic what you see from RIM apps.

I too would prefer if there was a better guideline on how peek/flow should be implemented.

However, having said that, in experimenting I have also found it may be better to allow some level of freedom for devs.  I've found that depending on how the peek is used, you may want your user to be able to peek further or less.
