So I got my keys email months ago but of course did not print/save anything, and for the life of me I cannot find it in my mail folders.

Is there a retreval method, or just sign up for some new keys?

Just get new keys.  The app does not have to be signed for the offer, so you have a little time.

Yes, if you haven't yet submitted your app you should do that first with the unsigned version.

The keys will likely arrive after the deadline, at which point you can resubmit the signed app.
