I wonder what or how exactly do i upload new version release to AppWorld ?

Is the steps same as with first upload,

signing app with this custom .p12 file

and then just uploading to Vendor as new release ?

Then another question, since my app is under review, does new release affect submission and so on or should i wait till my app is up on the "market" ?

Sign it with the same .p12 file (make sure you bump up your version number in your -app.xml file) and then in the venfor portal click manage products, and under releases hit the "+" icon to add a new release.

It should have no effect on your previous submission.

Yes, the process is the same as your original release. Make sure you increase the versionNumber in your -app.xml, or signing won't work (since it's listed as the same version already signed).

Officially, RIM has said putting in an update won't affect any other pending submissions. I know there have been many people who have multiple versions pending at the same time.
