Odd problem

[ Edited ]

After my Trip to Best Buy today to test out the Playbook, and my apps among other things, I came home and updated my app accordingly based on the things I felt needed fixing....

Needless to say My first update was Flawlessly signed and submitted to the Vendor Portal for Approval...

Here's the Punch Line:

I realized I didn't change the blackberry-tablet.xml file to reflect the changes made (with regards to the permission element - now known as - action) with 1.0, and I re-compiled/resigned

When I compiled it for some reason it threw a Warning (which it had NOT previously)...that warning being "Warning Default Icon will be used"....

Let me clarify, I never changed anything from first update to second update, and I copied/pasted the exact same Commands for both processes (I save them in a text file, so they are exact)....

EDIT. Let me further clarify: I have 1.0.1 SDK installed (and old ones removed, and new Simulator, and Flash Builder is properly updated...etc ) - just in case anyones asks...

What gives? and how am I supposed to fix it?
