PlayBook launching in SUMMER 2011??

If you got that from me in the other thread, you're giving it much more credibility than I did.

 

Anyway, it sounds like that was a bogus headline by some eager beaver at the Wall Street Journal.  The same link (still with the old title cached by Google) now leads to "RIM Joins With Sprint on Tablet" where it talks about a 4G version with Sprint which is what won't be ready until summer.

 

So the "cellularless" version -- the one we're all waiting for right now -- is still on target for a "definite Q1 release".  No worries...

haha! i see what you did there. quite clever. shouldn't have expected any less from the guy who remembered the size of the actual playbook screen area from the last webcast when no one else did (yeah my memory is crazy good hah!) :smileyhappy:
