Hello,
I am checking App Word everyday to see how many Playbook applications are approved. Few days back, when I searched "Playbook" it was showing 125 applications.
Today, when I searched again, it's showing only 107 applications.
Whats going on? Anyone else noticed this?

hey,
this is most likely due to the fact that RIM wants us to remove any unsigned applications from sale. if your wasnt signed, it must be removed until a signed version is approved by appworld. hope that sheds some light.

Thanks J. Rab for the reply.
Yes, I read that in another thread or forum about making the non signed apps removed from App World until developer posts a signed version.
BTW, I posted my first application few hours ago ![]()
The signing and rest of the process was quite smooth for me ![]()

is your app icon 86 x 86?
I has to be to get listed.

Arrrrgh where does it say that?
Mine are 90x90. Does that mean I have to resubmit everything again?

hey marco,
it is not required that your icon be 86x86, just recommended. the maximum it can be is 90x90. If its 90x90 it will not have a drop shadow like its supposed to.

@TheMarco2
Here are the UI guidelines. Although it doesn't explicitly say anything over 86x86 won't be able to be posted, I think it's best to just resubmit and follow RIMs guidelines.
