@jffurlan -- 65,000 apps and not one of them is a Facebook app for the iPad? Sorry, but after 1 year of the iPad it is rather embarassing for their most popular app not to be optimized for their hottest device.
My point about hulu was that the only reason the iPad needs a hulu app is because of Flash. Since that hurdle won't exist on the PlayBook, those types of apps will never need to be created. So.... for every iPad app that exists for this reason, we can also add a virtual 1 to the PlayBook app list.

@TheMarco -- Actually, hulu isn't blocked on the PlayBook. See this video...

@jffurlan -- If sites are going to block out the PlayBook just to get revenue from an app that we don't need, I most certainly will stop going to those sites. They should provide the content that the device can handle, but we all know how things work. In which case, I like TheMarco's idea of switching up the useragent.
As far as the iPad goes, I do think it is a very nice device. My wife loves it and it is great for games. However, I do not see it being a very good productivity device -- the space where the PlayBook will shine. Apple also has won over the public to the point where every product they put out is immediately fawned over in spite of its flaws where the same flaws from competing companies are highlighted and used for vicious attacks.

One possible upside of all the bad reviews coming in might be that we get more time with the device to build a portfolio of apps before device sales really ramp (pending RIM's execution on their device roadmap).
