So I see someone else is getting in on the fireworks as well. Thanks for the link! Hopefully things will be a fair amount different but you never know. Also based on the screen shots it looks like they are having some performance problems.

 

Also it is funny because apparently App World will let two people call their app the same thing with different capitalization!

@thesmileman: it's actually much worse than that -- they let you name applications with the same name regardless of case. (Someone correct me if I'm wrong though)

I really wish that App World will only allow unique names in part and in whole.  It would be a simple thing to change.

Yeah, I think I'm going to have to rename my app as well. I'm working on a time tracking app that I called Hourglass Time Tracker, however, I never thought to search Google and realize that someone already has software called Hourglass Time Tracker, so I think I'll let it slide through for current approval, then probably the next version I submit will have to have a new name.
