Using the mx:VideoDisplay component?

Hi everyone,

In trying to use the s:VideoDisplay component, I think I might be running into a memory leak bug (may be related to http://forums.adobe.com/message/4545739 )

Is there a way to use the older mx:VideoDisplay within AIR environment in QNX?

Thanks.

Re: Using the mx:VideoDisplay component?

Hi,

I'm not entirely clear on what you're asking here. The PlayBook OS runs AIR version 3.1. So if it works in AIR 3.1 it should work without issue.

Cheers,

Dustin

Re: Using the mx:VideoDisplay component?

Hi Dustin,

Thanks for your reply. To clarify, when I try to include mx:VideoDisplay in the .mxml file, I get an unresolved component error at link time. So that's why I was wondering if the mx:VideoDisplay was included in the AIR 3.1 runtime or if only s:VideoDisplay is available.

Thanks!
