The Blackberry vendor account creation process seems to be broken.
I cannot access an account that I established weeks ago. I don't recall how far into the account creation process I got, but I cannot access the account using the login credentials (even after resetting the password to verify it is correct). I cannot find an email that will allow me to complete the account creation process.
Since I can't access that account, I tried creating a new account with different login credentials. After making it through the PayPal process on the PayPal page, I was redirected back to a Blackberry 404 error page:
Does the PayPal email address have to be the same on the Blackberry account as the PayPal account?
Currently I cannot access either of the partially-completed vendor accounts I have attempted to create.
