I already had the game and only brought it over to playbook, that was easy =)
It is easiest when content is in first place made to either adopt automatically to different window dimensions as far as possibe or be easily modifable for different screen dimensions.
(For example basing every layout/ dimensions/ positioning calculation on variables like appWidth, appHeight and then one can set the values to Stage.width Stage.height or what one wants is useful in games one wants to deploy to several platforms).
Then i did some tweaks here and there, added listeners for the device events so the app gets paused/ unpaused on the deactivate/ activate events etc.
Getting the game ready so far only took a few hours, what made it take longer was that my 5 year old pc crapped out the day i was doodling around on it so i had to get a new machine and set that up in between =)
