If you don't have a company name you could enter your first and last name in the company field.

Keep in mind that whatever you enter here will be visible to users who install your application.

Re: app is ready, now what? :)

Hi,

I'm familiar with the signing process for smartphone (.cod) apps. And I'm just trying to learn how to apply this to the Playbook.

Is there a tool like "SignatureTool.jar" that was available for smartphones that can be used for Tablet Apps?, it made the signing process alot friendlier.

   Thanks!

Fiach

Are you using Flash Builder? FB takes care of the signing if properly configured, otherwise you'll have resort the commandline or the recently released build and signing tool.

Re: app is ready, now what? :)

Hi,
I'm actually trying to build and sign webworks apps (html5). I've read a 10 step signing procedure via the command line, but I'd love a tool to take me through it.

Anything out there? Do you know?

Best to ask the question on the webworks forum. This is the Adobe AIR forum where the tools take care of the signing process. There are CLI to do it as well, but very few people (that I know of) still use those and not certain if that is even applicable to WebWorks.
