how do i debug with "air debug launcher"

so i click the little bug in flashbuilder

its compiling

i get debug-information in console

but where is my app? when i debug a normal actionscript-project, firefox pops up. but here? nothing

the adl.exe is running in windows-taskmanager but cant is see/interact with my app?

Run it in the simulator in debug mode, setting breakpoints, etc.

(Click the down arrow beside the bug icon, and check out your configurations)

Do you see an "adl" process running? Do you not have stage.nativeWindow.visible = true; in the constructor of your main class?
