hi team, thanks for playbook, but seems like i have problem with my country customs(Ukraine), is this possible to resend it to other address(in Russia)?

What kind of problems with customs?

I'm from UA too and mine is in clearance process now (from16th) in Kyiv. I called the FedEx and they told there was no invoice attached, so they sent a request for papers to sender. Also, I mentioned that all the taxes should be covered by sender, so they took a special note about that as well.

I think (and hope) it should be fin, but I'll see this in next few days.

BTW, check this forum, there were also problems with sending to RU - packages were returned to sender even w/o a notice to recipients.

thanks for reply, they told me, that there is some certification problems, i sent you my contact data, so we can talk/chat to exchange information
