signing tools

some time ago I developed an application and put it on the market.

Since then my OS crashed and I installed another on another drive.

Now that I'm trying to update the app, I find that need the signing tools, which may still be there in some folder.

So, is there a default folder the signing tools are located in? If there is some place like this, it's probably still there.
