2nd version of installed program has not enough write permission for directory

When I first installed my program on Playbook (and Emulator too) there was no error. The program created a directory  /sdcard/<directory>. After exiting and running it again it worked fine too. This is an Android program what runs under Android Runtime Environment. The problem is the following:

After I recompile the program (I did not change anything, only recompile it), then I install the new version on PlayBook (and Emulator too) and I got many error messages. The program has not permissions to write in to the previously created directory:    /accounts/1000/shared/misc/..directory../..filename..

java.io.FileNotFoundException: ... (Permission denied)

it equals to

  /sdcard/..directory../..filename.. (Permission denied)

So if I will publish the program on App World, then it will work fine, then I will publish the 2nd version, will it make errors?

Can anybody give me a hint?
