After having issues with OS 2.0 I performed a security wipe and reloaded OS 1.0.7.3312.  Now when I register to obtain OS 2.0 the update doesn't get pushed through to my playbook.  It has been over 24hrs since I originally downloaded OS 2.0 and over 2 hours since I have re-registered.  I have attempted to re-register numerous times since then and still nothing.  Any advice?  Is there perhaps a link to the file I can download?

I'm having the exact same issue... trying to re-upgrade to the 2.0 beta with no success. Please help us RIM =(

I think my situation is slightly different but my OS wipe succeeds to 2.0

I did not downgrade to OS 1.0.7.x or any older version and I did a si mple security wipe.

After the wipe, I could get the feel from the UI that the device is actually booting on 1.0.7 and when the initial setup, time zone and login completed it automatically checked for OS update and right now, it's updating to 2.0.0.3778.

So for all those who wanna wipe the device, just do it right in OS 2. I know this does'nt help the original question but for somebody else who may want to do what i did.

i did not intentionally downgrade. i performed the security wipe on the playbook but after it was done the only app i had installed was browser. no appworld. no other icons.... I could not find a way to bring back any apps so i tried to reload from desktop manager but DM told me to "upgrade" to 1.0.7

its like DM thinks 1.0.7 is a higher version number or something

May be it's the DM. I never connected to DM. Just did the wipe and it asked for OS update OTA.

is it possible to upgrade to os 2 again after downgrade to  v.1.xx.xxx because security wipe error?

After I did security wipe on 2.0, all my apps disappeared. I am not talking about 3rd party apps but even the core default apps like camera. I am so stuck.

this happened to me and then when i connected to dm it downgraded me to 1.0.7 and wont let me upgrade

Ditto! Was forced to wipe the handset which meant I was left with just the browser, so downgraded to 1.0.7 and now cannot upgrade back to 2.0! Help!

Its now all working again!  Just got word, if you reapply for the update its now processing fine guys!  Fill your boots!

I still can't updated to 2.0. The problem like others.
