It seems there is no way to retrieve the PlayBook's PIN for now.
The only option for dynamic licensing right now for a PlayBook app using ADT is making the customer manually activate the application, where you make a dialog asking for the buyer's PIN and the license key he received and then you verify the data etc.
Truth is, it kinda sucks for the customer if you do this.
Hopefully better alternatives will be available soon ... !
