App no longer starts up after BB10 OS update/How to use ADB with dev alpha

I ported an Android game to BB10 and it was accepted into AppWorld.  I find that after updating my Dev Alpha to Software Release 10.0.9.253 it has stopped working.  Clicking on the icon causes it to go grey for a couplow of seconds and then it just returns to normal without starting the app.  Do I need to recompile for this OS version?  Will I have to do so every time there is an OS update?

Related to this, my initial thought was to fire up adb to see what might be going on however it does not see the device.  I assume this is just a matter of adding a udev rule or usb id etc. somewhere?  (I'm on Linux)

You should not have to repackage your application :smileyhappy:

Please reboot your device. The  Android Runtime should start up with the detection of an Android application installed.

Thanks,

Matt
