I've tried several times today to upgrade a development Playbook to today's new release.
The download completes, the device restarts (several times it seems) and there is no error message but when I then check the version number, it's unchanged.
Whether I initiate the upgrade on the device or with BlackBerry Desktop Software, the result is the same.
The old approach for downgrading using Desktop Software no longer appears to work because there is an update available, which the instructions rely on there not being.
Has anyone else had similar problems and is there a solution?
