Can we declare Android app as invocation target?

Hello All,

 

Is it possilbe to declare an Android app as Invocation target, if yes, can anyone please point me to the right direction by providing some example.

As far as I know, this is not supported yet

I was talking about "Android applications cannot provide system-wide services to the rest of the device."
