Deploying an existing android App to BB10 Alpha dev.

Hi All,

I have the following problem.

I got an BB10 device to build our exisiting Android app for the new BB10. I installed everything ok and Eclipse found my device and I can build to it. When debugging or running the app eclipse coms with the following error:

Failed to deploy project nl.flitsmeister.activity.FmTabActivity

Info: Sending request: Install

Info: Action: Install

Info: File size: 651507

Info: Installing ...

Info: Processing 651507 bytes

Info: Progress 50%...

Info: Progress 100%...

actual_dname::nl.flitsmeister.testEFwBFW0BSLoKK3CQZnBojEI

actual_id::testEFwBFW0BSLoKK3CQZnBojEI

actual_version::1.0.17.0

result::failure -9

On my BB10 dev alpha device i see a black screen. When going back i can see the app icon, so it seems installing succeeded (partially perhaps). When clicking on the icon it goes loading and then black screen again. Then i got the following message:

"This application has generated Navigator conformance issue messages. Please review sloginfo output on app termination for details."

So what's is my next step from here?

- Where can I view the sloginfo output ?

- What is error -9  (from eclipse) ?

The app uses GPS and has a view with Google Maps. It has navigation features in it but starts in a default ListGrid layout.

Any help would be appriciated.

Thanks,

You probably figured this out already, but you have to remove all references to Google Maps stuff.
