Hello,
I've just uploaded a BB10 app to app world (https://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/1
After the success with this app, I'd like to port a game to BB10, but it runs very slow in the dev alpha emulator so I'm not able to know if it will run fine in the actual hardware.
Is there any way to get a dev alpha to test my app?
I attended a BB jam sessions (we won in the best game category) but they didn't gave us any dev alpha or playbook.
Regards.

Well, you are basically out of luck, until they release the actual devices you will only get to test it on emulators

If the application is running slow in the simulator it could be one of a few things causing it.
- No virtualizatoin Enabled - http://devblog.blackberry.com/2012/08/performance-
- Running the simulator in safe mode - All the graphics work is backed by your CPU not GPU
- Using an older version of the simulator which does not have HW Acceleration Enabled - http://devblog.blackberry.com/2012/08/android-hard
Of course, you won't know how it will perform on a device until you have physical hardware to test on. The simulator should not be slow though..

I've just release te game in google play for Android (with good start :-) ):
Will wait till the BB10 oficial release and them, if any friend gets one I could test the game before releasing it.
Regards.
