Hi I'd like to install PlayBook simulator on my PC but cant download it. 

When I go to https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/android/tools/windows/#simulator and try to download, a messaging saying "File not found" appears.

Is there any other way to download it?

I am having the same issue, File not Found. Anyone have a hosted copy somewhere? I would really love to get started developing tonight, thanx.

Sort of found a solution, Googled BlackBerryPlayBookSimulator-Installer-2 and found a slightly older version(2 0 0-3778-Win-201110170631) on some file upload site and installed that one. When you try to deploy the App to the emulator you will get a warning that you need the latest version but just press continue and it worked. Its blinking like hell though.

Hi All,

Was anyone on this post successfully able to load their app on the simulator...? When I deploy, my app shows up in the simulator, but when I open it, it brings up the android player flash screen saying "please wait" like for 5 minutes or so and then goes back to the home screen without ever opening my app...

Not sure if it has to do with this particular version of this simulator?

Any ideas?
