I don't see any way to bring up the equivalent of a settings menu for Android. Without this, many apps could essentially become useless if any of the data is corrupt or invalid.
You can invoke the menu by swiping through the top bezel to bring down a menu if availalbe within the specific applicaion.
The following URL documents the different gestures available (including show the menu), which are available within the BlackBerry Runtime for Android apps as well.
