Hi mb1,

I think it's a seperate system (JIRA).  I had to create a new account (I think that's at least 3 accounts now I've had to create: Vendor portal, forums, and Issue Tracker).  It's free though and only takes a minute or so.  It's kind of annoying though.  It would be nice if the AppWorld vendor portal account could be used to access everything...

Just checked the status of this on JIRA and  I can not view this item and it states that its closed  or in triage and I'm not the creator.  I was hoping 2.0.1 would address it.  However, I just tried it on my playbook with no success.  Do you know if they've reported this corrected then?

I'm able to view this item in JIRA.

The bug was not fixed in OS 2.0.1 unfortunatly

Here's the response I get when I click on it:

You cannot view this issue because you are not the issue reporter or assignee, a member of the project group, or a member of the issue group and this issue is closed or in triage.

You can view it because you are the creater I guess. What is the status of this ticket? For example I can view issue Tablet-272 - just not your Tablet- 531? If I can't view it other probably can't and the topic probably won't get any more votes...

Heya

Are there any new on this issue? I"m having the same trouble... I want my app to switch on the screen when an alarm goes off.. but this actually doesn't work either. Also I can't access Jira as my username+ password are not accepted and a reset doesn't work either.

You'll have to create a new user password for JIRA.  No new update - although you can now see the issue (it was a JIRA bug).  Its still in triage although it appears to be one of the more popular bugs with 7 votes.  Vote and see if we can't encourange them to look at it.  Not sure what else to do.

Still not fixed in the 2.1.0.560 beta Playbook OS update.
