No signing keys received

[ Edited ]

I've been trying to sign my Android-converted bar, but I don't get the CSJ files by email. I've made a tonne of tokens on https://www.blackberry.com/SignedKeys/codesigning.html, but no files are emailed to me.

I've looked in spam folder and registered another account.

Can somebody help?

Re: No signing keys received

How can I contact Blackberry about this?
I have a really cool and successful game and it's shame I can't publish it on Blackberry because of such problem.

Re: No signing keys received

Hey du5tymax,

Actually, the two CSJ files have gone the way of the past and the token is all you need.

The easiest way to get signing setup and configued is to use our Command-line Tools.

1. Download and install/extract to a directory of your choosing

2. Double click on the "BlackBerry Signer" launcher/icon

3. Select "Configure Signing"

4. In the "BlackBerry ID Signing Token" section, enter your token/keystore password and select "Request". This will retrieve a BlackBerry Signing Token and put it in the right place on your machine.

5. In the "Developer Certificate" section, select create. This will create a development certificate and put it in the right place on your machine.

6. You're done!

To continue with your process, you can use the BlackBerry APK Packager.

1. Double click on "BlackBerry APK Packager"

2. Select your APK you would like to repackage

3. Select the target folder you would like to repackage it into

4. Select the "Sign" checkbox to have the final bar signed with your development certificate

5. Select "Package"

6. You're done!

That should get you all the way through, but let me know if you have any questions / concerns.

Cheers,
