me too, I have the same problem I have registered several times and didn't recieve any updates notification. and also I don't know how to send to mark?

Sorry to hear that. But it took well over 12 hours for me to get the update. I personally think between 1 + 3pm gmt is best sc

it took more than 24 hours and there is nothing and i registered more than ten times!

Just got my update. Took about 30 mins to download. It's a big update...450+mb.  Spell check and word suggestion are working as I type this!  Very nice!!!  I used the old link listed above.

Hi guys i hop eyou can help 

 

Since buying my playbook on friday it has basiccally worked itermitently. Firstly i was unable to update to the first version of the softwaer and kept getting an error 9 message after 4 calls to tech support who told me they 1 didnt know what was going on and 2 had no idea when the issue would be fixed. hows that for customer care???

 

The server was finally fixed and i was able to update and start using the playbook. I decided to use the update to 2.0 only like many of you i have been unble more than 24 hours after subbmitting my first request to get the update. 

 

this is my first dealing with blackberry and this doesnt bode well 

 

can anyone advise me how or when ill get the update or should i just return the playbook if this is a look at things to come???
