hello im having a problem where the update is not recivng on my tablet im wondering if you can help my pin is <removed> thank you

I have registred my playbook numerous times and have not received the link for the upgrade. pls forward me the link

We have been experiencing some issues with the registration form on the Android site over the last 24 hours.  It may take you to the home page instead of a thank you page on submission.  Your PIN is not registered when this occurs.  We expect this to be fixed tomorrow.

 

As a work around you can use the registration form on the Native site here:  https://bdsc.webapps.blackberry.com/native/beta/register/

Same here, no update after 2 days several registrations.
